Company History

In 1950, Alexander Maley founded the Alexander Chemical Corporation, bringing to the industry his unflagging commitment to expert service and quality products.

In 1959, Alexander Chemical Corporation became the Chemical Division of North American Car Corporation. In 1983, it became a privately held corporation.
